Today is the day of Jamil Khan, the boss of mobile journalism Bangladesh community. Pay attention to his story and to his interview because there is a lot to learn about the power of growth that mojo gives to communities.

Kabil Khan Jamil is an international media development consultant, digital journalism trainer and educator, delivering mobile multimedia storytelling training across the full range of digital skillsets – online, social media and TV. He is widely known as Jamil Khan. Mr. Khan has a Ph.D. in journalism from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. He is a certified DW Akademie and British Council mobile journalism trainer and a former specialist of mobile journalism at Prothom Alo. He has been working as an assistant professor at the department of media studies and journalism of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh since October 2019.
Mr. Khan is highly experienced in mobile journalism and digital storytelling learning design including face-to-face, online and e-learning. He is a certified trainer of DW Akademie, British Council, Friedrich-Naumann Foundation (FNF) and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. Mr. Khan specializes in teaching smartphone content production for social video and television. Since 2015 he has trained over 1000 mainstream journalists, students and communicators from across the country to tell authentic, powerful stories affordably and effectively with a smartphone. Mr. Khan is the author of ‘Mobile Journalism: journalism in our time’ which is the first complete mobile journalism book published in Bengali from Dhaka, Bangladesh.
